The world of e-Commerce is rapidly developing and increasing its audience, and the isolation regulations that have emerged in 2020 have only encouraged even ardent skeptical retailers to build electronic communication channels with the buyer.

E-Commerce allows people to sell and buy from anywhere in the world. Marketplaces are becoming more global and convenient. They inevitably influence the consumer behavior of literally every family.

The share of online Commerce in the most developed countries in terms of online sales in the United States and China is 13.9% and 29.9%, respectively. By the end of 2020, Russia is expected to have a 10% share of e-commerce in retail turnover, which will bring the country closer to the leaders in online sales.

As part of Ecom Retail Week, speakers will discuss the challenges of 2020, new leadership strategies that they have identified to overcome difficulties. Forum participants will learn about trends and growth drivers in online trading, successful practices and technologies in ecom.
